Participation in International Forest Forum
We invite you to take part in the work of the International Forest Forum "Forest ecosystems as a global biosphere resource: challenges, threats, solutions. Forestry – 2021»
Goals and objectives of the International Forest Forum - constructive discussion of the tasks and modernization’s mechanisms, innovative and technological development of the forest complex of Russian Federation and foreign countries, implementation of priority national and international programs and projects; development and presentation of specific recommendations for solving key problems in this area, assistance in the formation of a strategic partnership of the scientific and expert community, legislative and executive authorities, public organizations, business structures and the media, focused on the priority tasks of modernization and scientific and technological development of forestry and the timber industry.
Participants - leading Russian and foreign experts, representatives of educational communities, relevant Russian ministries and departments, interested representatives of business structures, public organizations and mass media are invited to the Forum. The participation of leading specialists can be either full-time or part-time.
General requirements for reports and communications: a clear and reasoned presentation of the problem (s) under consideration, mandatory representation and practical significance of assessments, conclusions and recommendations. The reports of leading foreign experts will reflect the existing national experience in solving key problems in modernization’s field, innovative and technological development and cooperation, implementation of priority national programs and projects.
The following questions are submitted for discussion at the Forum
1. Forestry, forest management, forest management and multi-purpose use of forests.
2. Genetics, post-genomic technologies, biotechnologies, breeding and seed production.
3. Biodiversity of forest ecosystems, protection and protection of forests.
4. Forestry and landscape architecture.
5. Economics and management in the forest complex.
6. Forest industry and mechanization of the forest complex.
7. Innovations in the forest complex.
8. Digital technologies in the forest complex.
In view of the current epidemiological situation, the Organizing Committee will clarify the possibility of holding the Forum offline.
The best articles based on the review results will be published in the journal indexed in the Scopus database: IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:
Forms of participation in the scientific event – full-time, part-time. The forum language is English.
The language of materials’ publication is English.
Publication in the Scopus journal is paid, payment for the article is made after passing the review procedure and with a positive decision on publication.
Algorithm for accepting materials:
Until January 15, 2021 – registration form of the participant
Until February 28, 2021 - article in English.
