Stochastic Modeling Techniques and Data Analysis International Conference

The main goal of the 4th Stochastic Modeling Techniques and Data Analysis International Conference (SMTDA2016) is to promote new methods and techniques for analyzing data, in fields like stochastic modeling, optimization techniques, statistical methods and inference, data mining and knowledge systems, computing-aided decision supports, neural networks and chaotic data analysis. SMTDA aims at bringing together people from both stochastic and data analysis areas. Special attention is given to applications or to new theoretical results having potential of solving real life problems.

Following the Abstract/Paper deadline extension to Friday 15 April 2016 please note the following details for the SMTDA2016 1– 4 June 2016, University of Malta, Valletta, Malta are:

  1. Abstracts, extended abstracts or regular papers/posters (8-12 pages) should be submitted no later than 15 April 2016.
  2. After the deadline Papers can be sent to the secretariat (secretariat@smtda.net) until 1 month after the presentation in the Conference.
  3. The Conference venue is in the Malta renovated Old University Buildings in the centre of Valletta (see at: http://www.smtda.net/accommodationtransport.html ).

  8. SMTDA 2016 is organized by the ASMDA International Society and the University of Malta
  9. The half-day excursion is scheduled to Mdina including the Roman Domus
  10. The full-day excursion in Gozo island includes the Ġgantija prehistoric temples and the geological formation of the famous  'Azure Window' and the sea.
