Summerschool - Assessing and modelling ecosystem services
Announcement of the Spring / Summer School “Assessing and modelling ecosystem services”, 15-19 March 2021 organized by the Universidad Regional Amazónica Ikiam and Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg in the project Ecu-MAES “A National Ecosystem Services Assessment and Mapping for the status and future development of ecosystem services and biodiversity”.
The Summer School will provide insights into:
1) The concept of ecosystem services and underlying processes.
2) Driving factors of changes in ecosystem services and biodiversity & policy needs.
3) The assessment and modelling of ecosystem services.

Deadlines:
8 February 2021: Open of application for Summer School
21 February 2021: Closing of the application
1 March 2021: Announcement of participants
Please note that only master students from German and Ecuadorian universities are eligible to apply for the Summer School since it is an Ecuadorian-German Collaboration; funded by DAAD, GIZ/BMZ.
