EUTOPIA Post doctoral fellowships

We would like to inform you about the launch of the EUTOPIA Science and Innovation Fellowships Program (EUTOPIA-SIF), for the recruitment of 76 post-doctoral fellowships, within 4 years, by the six partner institutions of the EUTOPIA European University, which consists of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, the CY Cergy Paris University, the University of Gothenburg, the University of Ljubljana, the University Pompeu Fabra and the University of Warwick.

The EUTOPIA Science and Innovation Fellowship Program (EUTOPIA-SIF) has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie grant agreement No 945380, for a total budget of 10,2M€, of which 5,6M€ financed by the European Union and 4,6M€ by the EUTOPIA partner universities. The EUTOPIA-SIF program is coordinated by CY Cergy Paris Université.

EUTOPIA-SIF has the ambition of training the next generation of high-profile scientists, offering attractive recruitment conditions and excellent career development perspectives. Fellows will realize their individual research project in one of 5 transversal Key Research Areas, realize extensive research mobility, including with external partners from the private sector, follow training and career guidance.

The five EUTOPIA-SIF Key Research Areas are: Materials engineering, Data & Intelligence, Health, Sustainability, Welfare & Inclusion. As NCP for the domain Security EUTOPIA-SIF may converge with your activities or be of interest for your network.

A first call for applications for the recruitment of 20 post-doctoral fellows by the EUTOPIA universities will be launched on 19 October. Positions will start in September 2021.
