Call for PhD applications - SUSFOR

The call for applications to scholarships for the doctoral program SUSFOR is open now.

The SUSFOR programme is based on a multidisciplinary approach and intensive original research in the framework of the multifunctional demands on forest resources and their sustainable management, considered in a societal perspective, enhancing availability and use of forest products, development of improved processes and innovative products for changing markets and customer needs.

The call is open to the following candidates: a) Portuguese citizens or citizens of other European Union countries; b) citizens of third countries living in Portugal in the terms laid out by Law Nr. 23/2007, July 4th, modified by Law Nr. 29/2012, August 9th; c) citizens of third countries with which Portugal has reciprocity agreements; and d) citizens of other countries provided that the candidate undergoes a panel interview.
