ICDSST 2021 is the EWG-DSS 7th International Conference on Decision Support System Technology held from 26-28 May 2021 in Loughborough, UK
The main aim of the conference “Decision Support Systems, Analytics and Technologies in response to Global Crisis Management” is to investigate the role DSS and related technologies can play in mitigating the impact of pandemics and post-crisis recovery.
The EURO Working Group on Decision Support Systems invites you to participate in the ICDSST 2021 International Conference on Decision Support System Technology on Decision Support Systems, Analytics and Technologies in response to Global Crisis Management in Loughborough, UK. The Conference will be hosted at the School of Business and Economics of the Loughborough University, during the period of May 26th to May 28th, 2021.
The COVID-19 outbreak is a human tragedy and has a growing impact on most aspects of human beings including health, economy, education, sports and many more. There are many ways that we, human beings could have better managed this global crisis. Nevertheless, ‘Learn from past and move forward’ has been the nature of human beings for centuries in order to be safe from similar threats. ICDSST 2021 aims to investigate the role DSS and related technologies can play in mitigating the impact of such pandemics and post-crisis recovery. It is important to look at DSS with a fresh pair of eyes in order to develop new methods and technologies for better global crisis management. So that we, human beings can safeguard ourselves from future crises.
In addition to the consideration of the more traditional issues of our field, the ICDSST2021, under the title of “Decision Support Systems, Analytics and Technologies in response to Global Crisis Management”, will concentrate on the development of new methods and technologies that support to prevent crises through intelligent decision making.
