Some values in 'Has domain' property are duplicates of values in 'Has DSS development stage' property

Issue: Some values in 'Has domain' property are duplicates of values in 'Has DSS development stage' property

Solution: Remove the duplicate properties from 'Has domain', and change 'Has DSS development stage' type to Page and make some minor changes to its values

Shorten value 'Stakeholder involvement in the development and use of DSS' to 'Social participation'

Conceptual

I think it is unnecessarily long and not consistent with the other values.
